Week 1
KICK OFF & concept
We'll jump on a call to chat about your dream website, all your bits and pieces are uploaded, page structure is created & the first Home page concept is created.
You will be sent a preview of the first concept & feedback is provided.
week 2-3
page builds commenced
All pages are built over this 2 week period including service pages, FAQ, About, Contact etc
You will have the opportunity to review all pages and provide feedback at the end of week 3.
Week 4
Edits & mobile site
Pending your feedback, edits are made as necessary and your mobile site is built/formatted & optimised this week.
Another review is provided at the end of this week.
week 5
Website optimisation & handover & publish
Your pages are optimised with all the SEO goodies (page titles, meta descriptions, alt tags etc).
Handover is commenced & your site goes live 🥳

Now that your site is live, your Google Analytics & Search Console is set up and connected to your website.
You also get any extra small changes and support from me for 2 weeks.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE READY

BRAND ASSETS
Your brand assets & guidelines have been created including all logo files, graphics, vector art, colours, fonts etc are ready to hand over.
WEBSITE COPY
Your website copy for every page of your website + blog posts are ready to hand over (professionally written is preferred).
Legal docs also need to supplied such as privacy policy, terms of use etc.
PHOTOS/videos
Your have a good range of photos for me to use on your website including profile photos, banner images, background images etc (professionally taken photos are preferred and optimised for web (no large file sizes please!) or small video files (or YouTube links)
DOMAIN/S & Third party apps
You have registered your domain/s (I can help you with this if needed).
If you're using booking apps, email software etc then these need to be set up and ready to go.

WEBSITE FAQ'S
What platforms do you build on? I only use Wix for service-based websites. If you would like to add an online store for both physical and digital products then I can also use Wix for this so everything is in one place (I use Wix for my own site which is both informational, has digital products and physical products).
Can you work on my Squarespace website? I can do a keyword strategy and optimise your Squarespace site, but I don't design/build on Squarespace.
Can you work on my Wordpress website? I can do a keyword strategy and optimise your Wordpress site, but I don't design/build on Wordpress. Ask me for recommendations for Wordpress devs!
Can I edit my website when it's handed over? Website training and tutorials are provided at handover stage and you will know how to edit and manage your entire website, yes, however, if you change so much of the design that it no longer reflects the work I provided you, I will ask that you remove my link in your website footer that says "website by techno bird".
Can you emulate or copy another persons website? No - I will never directly or purposely copy another persons website design. I can absolutely get inspiration and ideas from other websites, but I custom design all my clients websites.
Can you start my website without all my content? I prefer not to, as this blows out timeframes and project scope. I will require all content to be provided upfront before commencing any work on your website. I have terms of service agreements for all website clients that outlines this further.
Do you offer ongoing website maintenance packages? I don't have maintenance packages, but if you need some editing done on your website on a regular basis such as adding blog posts every month, updating content etc, then we can discuss options.
